On June 8-9, 2022, the All-Russian Conference “Meeting the Needs of the National Healthcare. Summer—2022”. The organizer of the event is KST Group, a member of the Bionika Group of Companies.

The purpose of the conference is to join the efforts of companies in the manufacturing and service sectors, eliminate the lack of information in the domestic market, maintain an effective dialogue between participants in the distribution chain, and create a potential for constructive cooperation and development of the Russian healthcare.

Elena Nevolina took part in the discussion dedicated to the development trends of the pharmacy segment in the new environment. In her speech, Ms. Nevolina noted that the consumer demand for drugs is characterized by adherence to those drugs that patients are used to and trust. Ensuring the physical availability of the usual range of over-the-counter drugs, consumer medical devices, dietary supplements and other consumer health products is an important condition for people to be able to take care of their health safely and effectively. In this regard, the provision of competent pharmaceutical counseling in pharmacy organizations is in great demand, and every effort must be made to develop the relevant competencies of pharmaceutical workers as healthcare professionals.
